Las Vegas Christmas day photos
Samantha and I have been wandering around the strip (Las Vegas Blvd.) for a few hours, visiting our usual haunts such as Harrahs, O’Sheas, Casino Royale and of course, Dennys for a 5am breakfast.
I have managed for the first time to take some photos while I am here and Im showing you the best below.
- The Mirage Casino at 5am.
- Samantha dancing at 5am outside of Harrahs casino.
- Looking at the Strip from Bills Gambling Hall.
- The gorgeous Bellagio casino and hotel.
- Inside the entrance of Caesars Palace casino.
- A great fountain outside of Caesars Palace hotel – one of the smaller fountains!
So, no poker as yet, just wandering around eating and drinking (it is Christmas after all!). I will be playing poker at 11am at Harrahs next door and we will both be playing at Caesars Palace this evening. Samantha is playing the Ladies competition at 6pm and myself the $150 5k game at 7pm – one of my favourite Vegas poker games.

Vegas is absolutely beautiful. My husband said he will take me there for Christmas this year and I can’t wait! We have never been abroad for Christmas, always electing to stay in the UK. We’ve been to Christmas parties in London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, you name it! But I’ve got a feeling they will pale in comparison to Vegas this year. The Christmas dinners too I can imagine are going to be fantastic, I’ve heard that the MGM make a big fuss organising Christmas dinners and have some terrific party venues within the hotel.
