Counting cards reports Chelsea 1 Man United 1

Posted by Alan | Fun gambles,Gambling | Sunday 21 September 2008 3:39 pm

The result of the weekend Chelsea 1 Man United 1 has cost me only Penny’s but has hurt Man United more than people think.

They are now lagging in the League behind Arsenal and not gained any ground on Liverpool who were held to a draw Yesterday.

Counting cards will be following most of the premiership season and the European campaigns of all the English sides giving plenty of good tips, results and positive bets. Watch this space.

I’m watching Hull vs Everton and Hull are winning 2-1 but its not over and if it stays the same I stand to lose penny’s on this game too but if Spurs win that change everything as that is the game I stuck a bit extra on.

As it stands I’m digging for my lottery ticket as the weekends bets are pretty much even and I want to end the weekend being up.

OMG its on the up Everton have just equalized and its 2-2

Winnings spend?

With two good wins yesterday I have a Dilemma of what to try and capitalist on and which games would be best, here are my options.

12:00 West Brom vs Aston Villa 23/10 23/10 6/5
14:00 Chelsea vs Manchester Utd 5/4 9/4 9/4
15:00 Hull vs Everton 23/10 23/10 6/5
15:00 Manchester City vs Portsmouth 11/10 23/10 5/2
15:00 Tottenham vs Wigan 8/11 5/2 4/1

I’m going to put a small bet on Everton and stupidly or not Tottenham as they need to win or become the whipping boys of this year.

The two games I have just wrote will be placed on a double and then I’m going to have a single big bet on Chelsea to beat Man united as they are in great form and Untied are supoosidely struggling.

The other thing is if all the bets, put on today lose, im going to drunkedly dig out my lottery ticket from yesterday and hopefully cash it in. (yeah right)

Warren Cloud

Posted by Alan | Gambling,poker,Vegas News | Sunday 21 September 2008 2:00 am

A while ago I posted the terrible news that Mr Warren Cloud had met his maker and pasted away on a boat in the waters of Ibiza via a massive heart attack.

Ever since then I have hundreds of emails asking me how, when, where, and all imaginative questions since then.

I never realised how popular or hated Warren Cloud also known as Oliver Curran actually was.

It turns out that he wasn’t just a rogue casino owner but a respected and feared man who have a massive influence over thousands of people all over the world.

The question is how has he affected your life was it in a good or bad way. I know personally his infamous site banned my account mysteriously one day keeping the funds in it, fortunately it was only a small amount so I didn’t kick up that much of a fuss.

Have these sites improved?

Crystal Palace
High Rollers Lounge
Vegas Riches
Americas Online
American Grand Casino
Golden Nile Casino
Lucky Coin Casino
Lucky Pyramid Casino
Royal Circus Casino
Vegas Frontier Casino

I have used these sites in the past and always had issues and I’m wondering now has anything changed now the infamous Warren Cloud has moved on to a higher plane of existence.

Or is it simply still the iron fist being ruled by someone else?

My first win in a week

Posted by Alan | Gambling | Saturday 20 September 2008 3:30 pm

I made a couple of little bets today on the football and my first win in a week has finally come in.

I put a bet on Sunderland to beat Middlesbrough as they always do well at home and they have just stuffed them 2-0.

Even better I put a bet on West ham to beat Newcastle as they seem to be on free fall without there leader and manager Kevin Keegan and as I have just switched sky sports on Zola seems to be working his magic as they are 3-1 up and that will win me a tidy sum if it stays like that.

I’m probably cursing myself talking about it before the game is over but I normally don’t say a word and it doesn’t help so lets hope this doesn’t curse me.

Negreanu sits up top

Posted by Alan | poker,Vegas News | Saturday 20 September 2008 3:12 pm

At the beginning of this summer Daniel Negreanu took his 4Th World Series of Poker tournament and bracelet by winning match #20 it was a $2,000  and had a Limit Hold ‘em, now after the first day of play in the WSOP of Poker hosted in London he is sitting in the number one spot and looking to capture a championship bracelet on two sides of the Atlantic setting a new record.

This is the 1st of 2 Days and has over 191 players. If the 2nd Day 1 is recorded at over 171 players it will definitely break a record at the WSOPE event. But ignore the records as everybody is talking about the guy called “Kid Poker”.

Negreanu actually finished the first day at the top with 74,900 chips which gives a lead of just 2,100 in front of Jason Gray, but the 3rd place is 17,900 behind. David La Ronde. Two face who were casualties were Michel Abecassis & Davood Mehrmand.

Casino investment breathes again

As everybody knows the US government jumped in to the guarantee liquidity of the money situation in the US and the  markets investors stacked back into investing in the blue chip casino options with hopes thinking the worst is finished and its time to turn the corner.

Your probably aware that the casino stocks have been down on their normal high levels over the past 12 months, there were some rises:- Pinnacle Entertainment Inc +12.1%, MGM Mirage +4.1% and Las Vegas Sands Corp +9.8%. There were lots of stocks which showed big rises because of commitments to expansion and companies who took big debts on are now struggling to finance it now. But now we see ‘oil’ back in the stock market things are on the up.

With this in mind there are signs that the government are trying to get people to revive the economy by getting shoppers back on the street. Its the answer to get people back into buying again and getting the economy back to normal, and the casinos filling there seats once again.

Faldo Behind

Posted by Alan | Vegas News | Saturday 20 September 2008 7:42 am

Some of the bets I put on this weekend have already fallen at the wayside and are not looking good for the future.

The first one was for Faldo to inspire the European team in the Ryder cup to a first days lead and they are behind to the USA.

Which doesn’t hold out much hope for my other bets of Europe winning the Ryder cup and Europe winning by a certain margin.

Sounds like I need to get back to the drawing board and think of some ways to cover my back.

I suppose they are only 5-2 down with 2 days to play so if Europe can get the same score twice in the final 2 days they can turn it around.

I think I’m going to try and cover my back with the football matches today but not do my normal bets of accumulators but put lots of little bets on single games or even first team to score.

Ryder cup prediction

Posted by Alan | Fun gambles,Gambling | Saturday 20 September 2008 2:00 am

The Ryder cup is getting underway today and the best bet you can have is the exact score on the outcome.

13:05 USA 14-14

USA 14½-13½

USA 15-13

USA 15½-12½

USA 16-12

USA 16½-11½

USA 17-11

USA 17½-10½

USA 18-10

USA 18½-9½

USA 19-9

USA 19½-8½

USA 20-8

USA 20½-7½

USA 21-7

USA 21½-6½

Europe 14-14

Europe 14½-13½

Europe 15-13

Europe 15½-12½

Europe 16-12

Europe 16½-11½

Europe 17-11

Europe 17½-10½

Europe 18-10

Europe 18½-9½

Europe 19-9

Europe 19½-8½

Europe 20-8

Europe 20½-7½

Europe 21-7

Europe 21½-6½

Its quite difficult but I’m going with Europe again as they keep winning and Tiger woods has pulled out of the match.

Easy money, and im going to look at all the past results and do a spread bet on the average score.

Highest scoring match

Posted by Alan | Gambling | Friday 19 September 2008 7:04 pm

So as Everton have been letting me down it turns out I need to recoup some money from the loss.

I think the best option for the weekend is to bet on the highest scoring game in the Premiership here are the odds.

Liverpool vs Stoke City 9/2
Tottenham vs Wigan Athletic 6/1
Hull City vs Everton 7/1
West Ham vs Newcastle 7/1
Bolton vs Arsenal 7/1
West Brom vs Aston Villa 7/1
Blackburn Rovers vs Fulham 8/1
Sunderland vs Middlesbrough 8/1
Manchester City vs Portsmouth 9/1
Chelsea vs Manchester Utd 10/1

Its an awkward one but I’m going to go for both the Mersey-side teams to have the highest scoring games.

Liverpool will want to stamp there authority all over Stoke the new boys but the new boys have scoring freely so i think this will show in the amount of goals scored, plus Everton have scored plenty too but after there tough game in Europe it will give Hull a chance to Push forward and make it a goal filled game.

I’m going to put little bets all over the place this weekend but they will be hit and hopes.
