It has been revealed that the company at the forefront of UK online gambling site, ladbrokes bingo, will invade the city of Liverpool at the beginning of next week with a crazy but widespread advertising campaign. The advert will be shown around the end of September, and will show how well the online site is doing.

The advert will primarily concentrate on bingo, and it will harvest the fact that Liverpool loves Bingo. The advert will host lots of massive Bingo balls rolling down the streets within the city past famous parts of the city. These will involve, Steble Fountain, The Liver construction/building, St Georges Hall and the Museum Steps. As you can imagine it will have Bingo related jokes like 2 fat ladies, 2 little ducks which should be fun.

The advert was thought up by M&C Saatchi the advertising agency, plus it will have director Ben Quinn at the hot seat. Even better for Ben he has a 3 million pound budget to show exactly what Ladbrokes are trying to do.

I’m going to once again have a punt on an accumulator today with the football odds which ill post after this but I’m going to try something else with a bet on the highest scoring game of the day.

You get to choose one match from six and the site chooses the odds on previous results and current form.

Middlesbrough vs Stoke 4.00
Hull vs Wigan 5.50
Bolton vs West Brom 5.50
Sunderland vs Manchester City 5.50
West Ham vs Blackburn 5.50
Everton vs Portsmouth 6.00

So who would you pick I’m going to choose West Ham vs Blackburn as they both need a win and they will be going all out.

I’m also going to put a side bet on if West Ham lose they will also sell another one of there big star players like Dean Ashton as they have recently sold Anton Ferdinand who is West Ham through and Through.

So here is all my accumulator bets.

15:00 Bolton vs West Brom 1.90 3.30 4.20
15:00 Everton vs Portsmouth 2.20 3.20 3.40
15:00 Hull vs Wigan 2.50 3.20 2.87
15:00 Middlesbrough vs Stoke City 1.66 3.60 5.50
15:00 West Ham vs Blackburn 2.40 3.30 2.87

So all the bets are for home wins and I’m sure ill do a drunk post if I win.

The ex Chelsea winger has resigned for Man city for the measly sum of 8 million when he was sold 3 years ago for 20 million and obviously City are over the blue moon.

Not only that I’m over the moon as I stuck a tenner on it and the main bet was he would sign for Portsmouth today but he didn’t.

I managed to get odds of 10/1 and he has made me a tidy £100 profit which is more of a bonus as its my fiances birthday today and I’m going to spend the lot on a nice meal for her.

I’m then planning on another side bet about the football results at the weekend but I’m not going to give that away until the weekend arrives as im sure that is a dead winner.

E-mail me if you want the scoop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

American football gang Gridiron the Greats actually arranged a blackjack match to organise and raise lots of money for ex-NFL great players.

Wbay reported that lots of different stars from the massive US sport joined in all the fun with the traditional casino awesome match in New Buffalo, situated in Indiana.

All the Money spent was earmarked for all the ex-professionals in which they never really made it due to injuries and they all need cash for surgical or everyday living costs as they are not able to work now.

It is reported that there was over $20,000 taken for the good cause.

Ex-Green Bay Packers legend halfback Paul the god Hornung was amongst the amazing former greats joining in the blackjack games.

He said that he only receives $900 (£490) a month. Most players nowadays and as far back as 15 years, should if played 11 years and get early retirement, will receive $8,000, quoting “‘you’re not important’”.

Here’s to the charity event.

Today I’m going to try and double up with a bet on Liverpool to beat Standard Liege and Arsenal to beat Twente in the champion league qualifiers.

The odds aren’t amazing but I’m going to make up for that with a larger bet and hope and pray they do the job I need them too.

The teams they are facing are poor to average and the way the two British teams have kicked of the season it should be a stroll in the park but you never know in this very unpredictable sport, I am starting to want the next 4 years to fly by as the Olympics was a easy gamble with a lot of favorites doing the jobs I bet on.

Does anyone have any good ideas for me to have a gamble on at the moment? As I’m starting to think the transfer moves make be a safe bet?

I’m also going to have a bet on the first manager to be sacked by a premiership club and I’m guessing Ramos at Tottenham.

It could be a big Wednesday.

Now the US Open is up and running it seems a difficult choice to choose the winners. As everybody would predict Rafael Nadal is the main favourite with odds of 6/4 and Roger Federer is a good bet at 3/1 plus Novak Djokovic would show a good return at 4/1, but i think I’m going to have a gamble on Andy Murray.

Andy Murray is ranked 6Th and is the 4Th favourite for the title of the US Open plus his outside odds are 11/1 on some sites like Betfair.

Lots of people are thinking he wont have a chance as his performance in the Olympics was atrocious, but he admitted that he didn’t prepare at all for it. I hope we see the best reaction in the US. He is the main consistent firer and thats where my money is going.

The United Kingdom really needs a winner of the prestigious US Open to simply bring tennis back to the publics eye again – can Andy Murray make people stand up and notice?

With the Olympics now finally over I am finding my self having to bet on other sources of sport.

Football seems the obvious choice but the return on investment is very poor and unless you put a large amount or multiple bet of lots of games you don’t seem to get a good return at all.

I put a bet on Everton to beat west Brom which happened and another for Chelsea to beat Wigan which also happened but the clincher was West Ham to beat Man City, but they got stuffed 3-0, even tough I gambled only a fiver the return on the treble would have been over £50 but the more games you gamble on the more chance of one team letting you down is greater.

I thought about another random bet and that was guessing which outfits celebs would turn up in at main events like Claire Forlani.

Its quite an easy bet as you can get the inside story from the Internet or design websites but finding a bookie who take the bet is another challenge.

As the Olympics draw to a close I have tried to cash in on some of the favorites for the strange events like the USA for the Basketball or the Hungarians for the Water Polo and im not to sure who will win so I have only put small bets on the matchs but im still winning.

As the Olympics will end soon, I thought my best option for a big bet was James Degale in the middlewieght gold medal title fight against Cuba’s Emilio Correa Bayeaux. It turned out to be a real street brawl with the referee having a really poor judging contest but it was so close and James Degale finally won it after a brutal last round but he won by 2 clear poits, 16-14.

The future boxing legend won me a tidy sum and if I ever meet that gold medal olympian I will be buying him a drink to say thanks.
