Two men in south America have been fined for gambling on a Texas hold-em match $20000, as the not only was it illegal to gamble in there own home but the prize was to win there current wives for a year and anything goes.

The courts had announced this after earlier raids have stopped the illegal matches taking place and also found dog and bear fights involved.

Each day more and more people take the plunge and go online to compete and possible win money off friends or strangers and it is becoming really apparent that a lot of people are not doing this for money but to set up friends or possible spouses. Now, we are all aware that it will never reach the dizzy heights of face-book or BEBO but it is definitely growing as people are regularly playing together and networking everyday. So let me tell you how this is happening. I think it becomes more apparent when people are willing to share poker techniques and skills to all the new poker players who are trying it for the first time. The beginning of these communities has helped the growth of more people to join the sport or at least play the free chip games to socialize. It can very daunting for a new person to try the poker game online, what is the correct way to behave, what sort of time will other players be patient with me to learn the basic usage and methods. Most of the stigma associated with things has gone and is allowing more players to take the plunge and go online. Because the Internet is still ever growing, Poker has shown that it is nearly the most popular sport on the whole planet and due to things like interaction now it will continue to grow and make people interested in gambling.

I know I enjoy the fun part of having friends around the table.

The Sands Casino has been lacking from the US gambling industry for donkeys years and it is now on its way back to entertain us again. Before the casino was smashed to peaces the sands casino was a popular haunt for the rat pack and this gave the place a massive press coverage. so what is going on?

There is a company who are going to bring back the Sands Casino with the new massive project at the site of the steel works in Bethlehem. The project has already had more than normal press attention but there are a few people out there who are not happy about it.

Because the city of Bethlehem is a religious city and renown for its Christmas theme there are protesters because they feel it will change how the whole city is perceived and the residents don’t want to change this. They are saying the 1000 year old rep will be destroyed in the name of gambling.

The general business in Bethlehem, currently struggles as religion nowadays is not as big as sunbathing for a holiday destination. But people are still wary about a casinos influence. But it will provide many needed jobs and help with the current financial crisis.

I personally think wake up people and move with the times!!!!!!!!!
