Counting cards on Sunday

Today I have managed to be let down once again by the stupid mans tax, aka the national lottery and I’m trying to work put in my life how much I have been robbed so far. It must be well over a thousand pounds because I continue to put the same numbers on every week just in case it actually does bring them up, then you have the Euro millions, when it gets to a massive non rolling over 100 million I always end up in a few syndicates at £1:50 a pop and then think I might as well stick a few of my own tickets on.

This in turn must cost me around £100 a year on side gambles and yet to my dismay I have never won a single penny back, not even a tenner for 3 numbers.

I’m wondering if I should have a year of not putting money on the stupid mans tax and putting it into a savings fund and I’m sure it would make more money?

Anyone else do this?

I put the lottery on every weekend…and Wednesday…and then Friday for the Euro Millions and ocassionally put the thunderball on too. Yikes, it seems i am spending far too much money on this but dread to think that the week i give it a break i could of won millions! I have won a few quid on the lottery but no where near as much as i have spent on it. I might try saving up the money i would normally spend too then i might eventually be able to move out :)
