There has been a move which will definitely put Germany at loggerheads against its EU partners and the reason is online poker has now been made officially illegal anywhere in Germany plus the people caught will be prosecuted. The poker site could simply say you have a German I.P address and we cannot legally pay out any winnings as its illegal. The person who is trying to get there winnings would not have a leg to stand on even if they took it to court.
