So with England’s fantastic win over poorly rated Kazakhstan is it worth a bet on England to beat Belarus away or am I simply wasting my money again on the ever failing England.

Everytime I dip my hand into my pocket and bet on England they let me down but I’m starting to think Capello might have turned the corner.

I’m going to start by putting a small bet on England to win the first half then if they are winning put a large bet for them to win the second half.

If the bloody team lets me down then I’m never betting on them again and I’m ripping up my England shirt as a reminder.

My back up bet is Germany vs Wales and the home team gets good odds so that’s is where the money is going.

Counting cards can reveal that Christian Elliot has been the biggest climber up the ladder of the world Series of Poker (WSOP) leader board which is used for the main event.

The United Kingdom poker star started the 2nd day at the lofty position of 174th but slowly but surley gathered up pace and managed to get to 6th place at the end of the day.

It was recorded that the second day was a great success and Elliot made the largest jump at Victoria Casino at the centre of London’s Leicester Square.

Elliot did find himself with 231,900 chips which was only 100,000 behind the main player and leader Andy Bloch.

The other usual suspects are Eric Siedel, who was in third place after the epic action and massive jump from Elliot, and Canadian WSOP legend Daniel Negreanu, who is just behind in 9Th which means he went down.

There is 1player who actually has a title which he won at the start of the month is Danish star Theo Jorgensen, who cashed in on the £5,000 Omaha event.

There are a lot of websites out there that will offer crazy odds and strange bets and some of them will accept silly bets if you pester them to accept them.

For instance you can get 100-1 on David Beckham splitting up with Victoria in 2009 and the odds of Jordan aka Katie Price having an affair behind Peter Andres back are 250-1, I cant help but stick the odd pound on these silly bets but if any of them come in I will be flying.

A funnier one is Gordan Ramsey having a celebrity fight for charity or not swearing on TV when it comes to the F word.

The one I’m definitely going to stick a bit of cash on is Kerry Katona having at least one more baby in 2009 as she cant keep her legs shut.

The girl also keeps having a bust up literally with Jordan and as they have no both brought a fragrance out there are odds on who will sell the most at Christmas, my money is on Jordan.

The girl in question is only 18 years of age, and the student Ianthe Fullagar is about to have the best change a teenager could want after she won £7 million which is part of a share on the Euro Millions jackpot at the beginning of the month. The Young lady celebrated with a glass of cider and beans on toast but I think she will be dining out more often from now on.

The girl has just completed her A levels in her gap year, and now Ianthe will be excused if she takes a back seat whilst deciding what the next move is. The funny part is as she celebrated with her mum she got a bite on the bum from her dog but then she said that she will not work for the rest of her life.

The girl announced that she hid the ticket until she claimed it from places like her bra to her knickers. What would you do if you lost the fortune of your life?

The girl is the officially the youngest winner of the euro millions and will never have to worry about money like she has been doing in her student days.

This is an old clip but Daniel Negreane is playing one on one with a old time player called Jerry Russ and for most of the match Jerry called out what card he thought was coming next, then when it finally came down to it on the last hand when both players were all in Negreanu turns the table on its head by calling out what the turn card will be and the river and predicts both getting him a straight flush to win the match.

Now I’m playing a match next week and I’m thinking if it can work once I’m sure it can work twice so I’m going to try it as a put off technique but video it as it happens to prove it if it works.

What this clip of Negreanu who again reads another player and predicts the cards again this guy really does have a sixth sense.

I need to get some mystic meg skills or learn how to read players better rather than drinking all game long.

Macau has been the most successful casino in the past ten years within the industry but everyone is saying that it is finally on the down turn. One of the main problems is the Chinese government have make slight changes to the visa conditions for all the visitors in the Guangdong to the Macau area. The changes that have happened have put the gaming industry back years.

Currently the visa strict guide lines between Guangdong and Macau which give people rights to go to the are once every 2 months have now been changed to every 3 months. Now with this change we are seeing we are seeing that the gambling industry was not ready for this. Lots of people are not aware that Guangdong houses the main point for visitors to Macau and now the changes will more than half the repeat visitors and will really hurt the area.

This new sanction is bound to get on the nerve of US casino groups who have thrown millions at the casino region over the past few years. How can these figures now be reacquired and will the investors stay in the sector?

So with my bet of Birmingham coming in yesterday I’m quite a lot up which gives me the chance to do quite a bit a spread betting today.

These are the games on offer:-

13:30 West Ham vs Bolton
15:00 Chelsea vs Aston Villa
15:00 Man City vs Liverpool
15:00 Portsmouth vs Stoke
15:00 Tottenham vs Hull
16:00 Everton vs Newcastle

I will definitely be having a bet on Everton beating Newcastle as that seems like the easy money but as I already have a bet on Hull to beat spurs the other bets will go on the following respectively.

West Ham Win, Chelsea win, and Man city to take down Liverpool.

All these bets will be singles and hopefully if they all come in it could be a great start to October.

The other slight bet m having with my girlfriend is that when I lend her sister some money that I will not see it when she gets paid as that has never happened before and if I win she has to pay me the same amount so its a win, win situation for me all round.

So stupidly or not I’m going to bet on today’s games I cant help but have a small punt. The bet that stands out the most is Hull to beat Tottenham hotspur.

Originally Spurs would have been favorites to win the game but as they seem to only win in Europe and cant win in the league its the newly promoted Hull that are take the favorites odds.

Sky bet are offering odds of 4/1 for a hull win. Now as Hull are coming off the back of a win over high flying Arsenal its probably worth a tenner and hopefully it will come in.

The second single bet I’m going to try today is the game between Birmingham and QPR, its a early kick off set it will set the scene for the day and I’m going to put the win on Birmingham.

The accumulator will see a small bet on Man Untied to beat Blackburn away, and Arsenal beat Sunderland away it gives me quite good odds but not brilliant.

But lets have a better October.

There is a poker match being hosted locally to me near Manchester, and it will gather some of the best poker players from the area and give out some of the biggest prizes I have seen for a general poker match. It is said that the prize of nearly £100,000 will also tempt in some of the worlds best but I’m yet to believe this until it happens.

The entry fee is £1000 and will see over 200 players but only 110, so far have registered. The expected attendance should be over 200 and hopefully will generate the best poker around here for years. The match is scheduled for October the 17Th and unfortunately for me I will be away and not able to join in the fun.

Last time the match was held its main prize was £50000 and hundreds of people of turned up and luckily I bagged a last table seat which earned me a few grand but I’m sure when people here about the tournament that is back in town they will jump at the chance despite the entrance fee. So will you be interested as just let me know and I will send you the details? Some people have Jennifer Tilly will be there so why miss out.

Counting cards is having a punt on the player of the year award nice and early, I know the season has just started but I’m trying to get good odds that i missed out on last year for the Players Football Association (PFA) player of the year competition. Obviously the usual suspect are there but who do you fancy with all the new faces?

The regulars that I mentioned include Ronaldo at 2/1, Fabregas 11/1, Gerrard 10/1 & Torres at 9/1 but as you can imagine some new faces and people lower down the list of stars are getting heavy bets. Lets list them, the Brazilian boy wonder Robinho 6.5/1, Berbatov 15/1 or no one as mentioned Deco at 11/1. So what does it take to win the prestigious trophy.

The normal routine for the winner is, he must play for a team that shines in the season by winning cups or titles and normally perform well for country as well as club. This posses the question does Rooney need better recognition for his dedication to England? Can even Robin van Persie’s come through the cloud and make a push for the title or will Ronaldo keep the vote from the players especially after his summer antics?

I’m going for Robniho.
